My account did
not replenish last night and it appears that it should have, why not?
There are several potential causes for this. Depending on the options
chosen, the program may not have marked your account as needing to
be reloaded. Please see the examples and explanations described in
the automatic reload section
of help. If you are initially setting up your account, you may need
to manually fund your account this time only. With several options
(weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc), the program will not reload until
your first scheduled event. The account could also have automatic
reload Disabled. This is a check box on the reload setup screen. If
this is checked, then automatic reload will not execute. Also, check
the expiration on the credit card being utilized for funding. It may
have expired. |

Why is automatic
reload not working?
Commonly, during the setup process, the Disabled check box may be
checked. This will Disable the automatic reload functionality and
cause the program to not run. |

I set up automatic
reload yesterday and nothing was added last night, why?
Most of the automatic reload frequencies will start counting from
the starting date specified. The program to load value will not run
immediately and will wait until the first scheduled reload, sometime
in the future. See in the automatic
reload section of help. To have your card funded immediately,
use the Manually Load Value option from the Zipthru Cashless web-site
at www.zipthrucashless.com. |

I am trying to
register my credit card and the program is giving me an error. I know
I have used this card before, what is wrong?
There are two primary reasons for this. The fraud checking in the
program will compare the billing address of the card holder with the
address entered in to the Zipthru Cashless web-site. If there is a
mismatch, the program will error on the authorization check. You can
use an alternate billing address by selecting the radio button on
the credit card setup screen that permits you to enter a different
address. The second issue typically is the Security Code required
is missing or incorrect. When you attempt to enter a credit card in
to the web-site and receive an error, the Security Code field is cleared,
for security purposes. Simply re-enter this code and all other necessary
information before pressing the Add Credit Card button at the bottom
of the screen. |

Can I back date
the Starting Date for automatic reload?
Yes. The program will initialize the dates it utilizes for automatic
reloads from the starting date specified. This can be in the past
or future, though it is recommended that you plan and utilize the
current date when you initially set this feature up. |

How is my privacy
protected after I register my Zipthru Card?
The Zipthru website is protected by current SSL technology with up
to date encryption features. This provides secure transmission of
all data across the Internet and will protect your information. |

Is my credit
card information secured once I register my Zipthru Card?
Absolutely! All credit card information retained in the site is encrypted
with the latest technologies. This information is not viewable by
anyone, once entered. In addition, the site utilizes Verisign®
for all credit card transactions, a recognized standard processor

maintained on my Zipthru Card?
No. Your Zipthru Card is simply the way you make purchases. Your actual
funds are maintained centrally in an account. This is why registering
your card is such an important step and required to fund your account.
This also ensures that your funds are maintained as safely as possible
from theft or fraud. |

Are there any
fees associated with my Zipthru Cashless account?
There are no fees associated with each purchase, transaction or account
funding. |

What do I do
if I lost my Zipthru Card?
Contact your Food Service manager as soon as you are aware that your
card is missing. You will need to call the Zipthru toll-free number
to close your account (888) 386-5195 and move your funds to a new
card. DO THIS IMMEDIATELY. Anyone finding your card could potentially
use it to make unauthorized purchases. By contacting the Zipthru help
desk, your account can be frozen immediately. This will permit you
time to re-establish a new account on the web-site and have any remaining
funds transferred from your old account at your convenience. |

How do I replace
a damaged or unreadable Zipthru card?
You can obtain a new Zipthru Cashless Card by requesting one from
your current Food Service provider in your café. Once you have
obtained a new card, you can simply call the Zipthru Help Desk at
(888) 386-5195 and they can assist you in completing this process.

Does my Zipthru
Card Expire?
Your Zipthru Card has been set up to never expire. If, for any reason,
the card was set to expire, you will be notified in advance so you
will have ample time to close your account properly. |

Can I cancel
or get a refund on my Zipthru account?
Absolutely. Please visit your Food Service manager at your closest
café. They will be able to check your account balance, close
your account and refund the remaining value. |
